The annual WAOP conference (Werkgemeenschap van onderzoekers in Arbeids- en Organisatiepsychologie) offers all Dutch and Belgian researchers in Work & Organizational Psychology and Human Resource Management the opportunity to present their current work, to receive helpful feedback from colleagues, and to get together in an informal atmosphere. This year, the conference will take place at the World Trade Center (WTC), in the business heart of Amsterdam (the ‘Zuidas’), next door to the Amsterdam South train station on Friday, November 27. It is organized by two departments at VU University Amsterdam: the Social and Organizational Psychology group in the Department of Experimental and Applied Psychology and the HRM group in the Department of Management and Organization.
We aim to realize an interesting and varied conference program, including two keynotes. Prof. dr. Hans de Witte will inspire you with his scientific knowledge, and Dr. Kilian Wawoe will shed light on some practical dilemmas in doing scientific research. The day will be closed with a fantastic dinner at Como Corso (in WTC). We invite all researchers, PhD students, and students (BA/MA) interested in Work & Organizational psychology to attend the conference. You can find more information and register here.
