I received my Ph.D. in anthropology from Washington State University in 2020. I'm interested in evolutionary approaches to understanding mental health and human sociality. I have used the Human Relations Area Files and have conducted field research with Micronesian Islanders to test evolutionary models of bargaining, conflict resolution, and mental health.

In Fall 2020, I took a postdoc position on Dr. Dan Balliet's ERC Consolidator Grant on Ecology, Interdependence, and Cooperation in which I will be helping to facilitate a mutli-site project on ecology and cooperation and investigate conflict, power, and interdependence as documented in the Human Relations Area Files..
